You can check your voicemail one of three way:
- From the same phone/extension that the voicemail is on : Simply dial *98 and put in your password when prompted. Or if you have not yet setup your voicemail your password will be your extension. This will start the voicemail setup process.
- From a separate phone (*note Must still be a phone on the voip phone system, can NOT use a personal cell phone) : Simply dial *97 followed by the extension you want to check the voicemail on, then put in your password when prompted.
- By email : To have this set up please email admin@fusiondev.net. This option will allow you to have all voicemails sent to a desired email address where you can easily check any messages without needing a phone.
